1) Increased 2-seater OOB (Order of Battle) weightings so you should see more 2-seaters in the air
    compared to fighters.
2) Adjusted Albatros FMs. Improved basic turning abilities, adjusted weights / loads, general
    improved performance.
3) New feature: added new throttle lever (and direction fixed -thanks JFM) in all Albatros craft. 
4) Model issues fixed: Fe2b missing wing wires re-added. Also Fokker DVII series had a minor VC fix.
    Albatros D.II windscreen was missing in outside view - added one.
5) Fixed a bug that resulted in a irrecoverable low number of pilots when transferring from a Squad
    with a high Ace complement to one with none.
6) Fixed a Transfer Data Error bug (RFC28).
7) Sopwith Triplane FM fixed - also broke AI formation flying - fixed
8) Other minor fixes for a few aircraft, such as prop strike contact points.
