Changes for Campaign Franklin 1.09
    - Added an option for Mouse Wheel Zoom.

NOTE: Starting with this version, no CD-check is performed by the
main program and all documentation is supported only in PDF format,
available from the Help menu in each application.

    ** PLEASE READ FOR BEST RESULTS **

    You should delete all SCN files before applying patch 1.08 as all scenario
    files have been reworked and renamed. Note that current games will be
    unaffected.
